What you'll do
In this role, you will join Wincent's recruiting team to help fill a pipeline with exceptional candidates from the UK, Europe, and the US. You will coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure that candidates are excited about the prospect of working with our company. Your mission is to recruit the top 0.1% of software engineers and quantitative researchers, focusing on those with strong algorithmic and mathematical backgrounds. You will also participate in community events, competitions, and career fairs to attract and relocate candidates from around the world.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative recruiting strategies that resonate with high-caliber candidates. This includes leveraging your network and utilizing advanced sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates who may not be actively looking for new opportunities. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and help shape the recruitment process to ensure a seamless experience for candidates.
