Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in managing enterprise relationships — your consultative approach allows you to understand client needs deeply and tailor solutions accordingly. You thrive in environments where you can build processes from scratch, and you enjoy the challenge of navigating complex sales cycles.
Your experience includes working in early sales teams, where you've honed your skills in experimentation and relationship-building with technical leaders. You are adept at communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are aligned and informed throughout the sales process.
You are comfortable working in a fully distributed team and can manage your time effectively across different North American time zones. Your ability to adapt to various client needs and your proactive approach to problem-solving make you an ideal candidate for this role.
Desirable
Experience in the SaaS industry is a plus, especially with companies that focus on developer tools and enterprise readiness. Familiarity with authentication, identity, and authorization processes will help you connect with potential clients more effectively.
What you'll do
