You thrive in a remote-first culture and are comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team to achieve common goals. Your proactive nature drives you to generate pipeline through strategic prospecting, ensuring you are always ahead in a competitive landscape.
Desirable
Experience in SaaS sales is a plus, as is familiarity with learning management systems or employee training solutions. You understand the unique challenges faced by mid-market companies and can tailor your approach to meet their specific needs. A background in consultative sales methodologies will help you excel in this role, as will any experience working with diverse personas across various industries.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead full-cycle sales efforts targeting mid-market companies, focusing on generating new business and expanding existing accounts. You will proactively identify and engage potential clients through outbound strategies, ensuring a robust pipeline of opportunities. Your responsibilities will include conducting well-prepared discovery calls and product demonstrations, where you will articulate the value of WorkRamp's Learning Cloud to various stakeholders. You will work closely with internal teams to align on strategies and ensure a seamless sales process, driving strong internal collaboration to meet sales targets.
