Wrapbook is hiring a Customer Success Manager III to focus on Film & Television clients in the Mid-Market segment. You'll drive feature adoption and account growth while ensuring long-term client satisfaction. This role is remote and requires strong relationship management skills.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a proven track record in customer success management, particularly within the Film & Television industry, and you understand the unique challenges faced by mid-market clients. Your strategic mindset allows you to drive feature adoption and account growth effectively, ensuring that clients derive maximum value from our platform. You excel in relationship management, serving as the primary point of contact for clients post-onboarding, and you are adept at fostering long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders. Your ability to analyze client needs and translate them into actionable insights is a key strength, allowing you to advocate for clients while also aligning their goals with our product offerings. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple accounts simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet client expectations.
Desirable
Experience in the payroll or accounting sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with production workflows in the entertainment industry. You may also have a background in project management or operations, which enhances your ability to coordinate effectively across teams.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage a book of business that spans both union and non-union clients, ensuring they are fully onboarded and utilizing our platform to its fullest potential. You will drive feature adoption by educating clients on new functionalities and best practices, helping them to streamline their payroll and accounting processes. Your focus will be on building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and proactively addressing any challenges they may face.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to relay client feedback and influence product enhancements. Your insights will be invaluable in shaping the future of our offerings, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the Film & Television sector. Additionally, you will track client engagement metrics and develop strategies to improve satisfaction and retention rates.
