You have 5+ years of experience in business development or strategic partnerships, demonstrating a strong ability to manage relationships and drive revenue growth. Your background includes working with technology partners, and you are passionate about leveraging technology to create impactful business strategies.

You possess excellent project management skills, allowing you to conceive and execute major partner initiatives effectively. Your critical thinking and creativity enable you to identify new opportunities for partnerships that align with Dropbox's product lines and strategic goals.

You are a structured and analytical thinker, capable of distilling complex issues into actionable plans. Your experience in negotiation ensures that you can secure beneficial agreements with partners, enhancing Dropbox's core business and user value.

What you'll do

In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving Dropbox's strategic partnerships strategy. You will identify new opportunities for collaboration across current and future product lines, focusing particularly on AI/ML partnerships. Your responsibilities will include managing a portfolio of strategic partnerships, working closely with the product team to define the future of Dropbox through innovative integrations.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with teams in Product, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Finance to ensure alignment and execution of partnership initiatives. Your role will involve not only relationship management but also the strategic planning necessary to enhance Dropbox's market reach and product offerings.

You will be responsible for growing Dropbox's core business by securing enhanced user value and new revenue streams with strategic technology partners. This includes identifying ways to find product-market fit and increasing the reach of new Dropbox products.

Dropbox offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $189,700 to $256,700 depending on your location within the US.
