You are a driven individual with a passion for sales and a desire to grow within a dynamic organization. You have a knack for building relationships and projecting company values of trust, service, and honesty. You thrive in environments where you can identify strategic long-term clients and secure substantial and repeatable orders. You are comfortable managing an existing book of business while developing new business with inbound customers. You understand the importance of creating and actively managing plans to reach specific sales objectives, profitable growth, and market share improvement.

What you'll do

As an Account Executive I at Xometry, you will be responsible for managing and converting inbound leads into loyal customers. You will serve as a key point of contact for customers, guiding them through the sales process and ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact to deal closure. You will assist customers in selecting the best rapid manufacturing technology for their development projects and provide guidance to our sales engineering team to develop quotes based on specific customer needs. You will ensure that new customer requirements are collected and made available for internal departments to facilitate smooth operations.
