You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in managing inbound leads and converting them into loyal customers. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with sales engineering teams to develop tailored quotes based on specific customer requirements. Your experience allows you to assist customers in selecting the best rapid manufacturing technology for their development projects, ensuring they receive the best possible service and support.

What you'll do

As an Account Executive II at Xometry, you will be responsible for managing and converting inbound leads into loyal customers. You will develop business with existing and new inbound customers, creating and actively managing plans to reach specific sales objectives and profitable growth. Your role will involve building relationships with clients, guiding them through the sales process, and ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact to deal closure.

You will serve as a key point of contact for customers, assisting them in selecting the best manufacturing solutions for their projects. This includes providing guidance to our sales engineering team to develop quotes based on specific customer needs. You will also ensure that new customer requirements are collected and communicated effectively to internal departments, fostering a collaborative approach to customer service.
