Overview

Xometry is seeking a Partner Network Head to lead and scale their manufacturing partner ecosystem in India. You'll drive partner acquisition and performance management to enhance the supply base. This role requires strategic execution and leadership in the manufacturing sector.

Who you are

You have a strong background in strategic partnerships and business development, ideally within the manufacturing or technology sectors. Your experience includes leading teams and driving growth initiatives, particularly in the Indian market. You possess excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders. You are results-oriented and have a proven track record of successfully onboarding and managing partner networks.

You understand the complexities of the manufacturing landscape, including CNC machining, 3D printing, and injection molding. Your strategic mindset allows you to develop and execute effective go-to-market plans that resonate with potential partners. You are adept at analyzing market trends and identifying high-quality partners that align with business objectives.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the strategic acquisition efforts to expand Xometry's partner network throughout India. You will develop and execute regional go-to-market plans to identify and onboard high-quality partners across various manufacturing sectors. Establishing efficient onboarding and training programs will be crucial to ensure that Indian partners are equipped to succeed on the Xometry platform. You will also be responsible for performance management, ensuring that partners meet their targets and contribute to the overall success of the network.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams to align partner capabilities with customer needs, driving fulfillment of both domestic and global demand. Your leadership will be essential in creating a resilient and high-performing partner ecosystem that supports Xometry's growth objectives in India.
