Who you are
You have a strong background in sales strategy and operations, with a proven track record of acting as a strategic advisor to senior leaders. Your analytical skills allow you to provide data-backed recommendations on Go-to-Market model effectiveness and resource allocation. You excel in annual planning processes, designing fair territories and setting ambitious quotas that align with organizational goals.
You are adept at translating complex operational data into executive-level business recommendations, ensuring that your insights lead to actionable strategies. Your experience in maximizing sales efficiency and effectiveness is complemented by your ability to collaborate across finance, marketing, and sales leadership teams. You understand the importance of aligning various departments to drive overall business success.
What you'll do
In this role, you will serve as a dedicated business partner to the Sales leadership team, focusing on maximizing Xometryβs revenue potential. You will lead critical planning cycles and define the Go-to-Market strategy, ensuring that all sales initiatives are aligned with the company's objectives. Your responsibilities will include driving the annual sales planning processes, modeling quotas, and designing territories that support sales growth.
