You have a strong background in sales strategy and operations, with a proven track record of acting as a strategic advisor to senior leaders. Your analytical skills allow you to provide data-backed recommendations on Go-to-Market model effectiveness and resource allocation. You excel in annual planning processes, ensuring alignment across finance, marketing, and sales leadership. Your ability to translate complex operational data into executive-level business recommendations sets you apart. You are adept at driving organizational change initiatives and improving sales effectiveness through strategic insights and robust planning.

What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as a dedicated business partner to the Sales leadership team, focusing on maximizing Xometry's revenue potential. You will lead critical planning cycles and define the Go-to-Market strategy, ensuring that sales operations are aligned with overall business objectives. Your responsibilities will include designing fair and balanced territories, modeling ambitious yet achievable quotas, and driving the annual sales planning processes. You will collaborate closely with finance, marketing, and sales leadership to ensure that all teams are aligned and working towards common goals.
