You have a strong background in sales strategy and operations, with a proven track record of acting as a strategic advisor to senior leaders. Your analytical skills allow you to provide data-backed recommendations on Go-to-Market model effectiveness and resource allocation. You excel in annual planning processes, designing fair territories and setting ambitious quotas that align with organizational goals.
You are adept at translating complex operational data into executive-level business recommendations, ensuring that your insights drive sales effectiveness and organizational change initiatives. Your experience in maximizing revenue potential through strategic insights and robust planning sets you apart as a leader in sales operations.
What you'll do
In this role, you will serve as a dedicated business partner to the Sales leadership team, focusing on maximizing Xometryβs revenue potential and sales efficiency. You will lead critical planning cycles and define the Go-to-Market strategy, ensuring alignment across finance, marketing, and sales leadership. Your success will be measured by your ability to improve sales effectiveness through strategic insights and flawless execution of initiatives.
You will drive the annual sales planning processes, including designing balanced territories and modeling quotas that challenge the sales team while remaining achievable. Your role will involve close collaboration with various departments to ensure that all aspects of the sales strategy are aligned and effectively executed.
