Your expertise in CNC, sheet metal fabrication, and assemblies positions you as a valuable asset in matching projects to the right manufacturing partners.

You possess a Bachelor's Degree in engineering or manufacturing/supply chain, which complements your practical experience. Your ability to provide Design for Manufacturing (DFM) feedback and optimization recommendations is a key strength. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for monitoring and improving key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive success in your projects.

What you'll do

As a Manufacturing Solutions Specialist at Xometry, you will curate a micro-network of top manufacturing partners and connect them to significant opportunities. Your role involves developing a deep understanding of the capabilities of these partners and maintaining strong relationships with them. You will match projects to partners through targeted outreach, ensuring that each project is aligned with the right manufacturing capabilities.

You will provide DFM feedback and optimization recommendations to enhance project outcomes. Preparing and submitting quotes to the sales team will be part of your responsibilities, as will monitoring and improving key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the success of your initiatives. Additionally, you will update and optimize departmental procedures and training to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
