What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with Account Executives to drive account growth and retention, leveraging your engineering expertise to illuminate and organize major projects. You will join Account Executives on onsite visits with customers, providing critical insights and support. Your responsibilities will include proactively identifying potential manufacturing challenges and staying informed about upcoming customer projects to ensure alignment with their needs. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between technical solutions and customer requirements, ensuring that Xometry's offerings meet the demands of the aerospace and defense sectors.
