What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with Account Executives to drive account growth and retention, leveraging your technical knowledge to illuminate and address potential manufacturing challenges. You will join Account Executives on onsite visits with customers when appropriate, ensuring alignment with their projects and initiatives. Your proactive approach will help identify and address manufacturing challenges, including Design for Manufacturing (DFM) considerations, to enhance customer satisfaction and project success.

You will stay informed about upcoming customer projects and initiatives, allowing you to provide valuable insights and feedback from the front lines of the aerospace and defense engineering and manufacturing community. Your contributions will play a critical role in shaping customer relationships and ensuring that Xometry remains at the forefront of digital manufacturing solutions.
