Who you are
You have 5+ years of demonstrated success in selling horizontal SaaS solutions to multi-stakeholder or technical organizations at the mid-market level — you've built strong relationships with executive buyers and technical end users, understanding their needs and how to address them effectively. Your experience includes selling to companies with employee counts between 1K-5K, showcasing your ability to navigate complex sales cycles and close deals that drive significant revenue.
You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams such as Product Marketing, Engineering, Demand Generation, and RevOps — you understand that successful sales strategies are built on teamwork and shared goals. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to articulate the value of Zapier's offerings clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
You are results-driven and take ownership of your sales outcomes — you have a proven track record of building pipeline through both inbound and outbound channels, demonstrating your proactive approach to sales. You are comfortable using AI tools responsibly and transparently, aligning with Zapier's commitment to innovation and efficiency.
Desirable
Experience in enterprise sales within the automation or SaaS industry is a plus — familiarity with Zapier's platform and its capabilities will give you an edge in understanding customer needs and positioning solutions effectively.
