Who you are
You have a strong background in sales, particularly in the Enterprise market, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue goals. You are comfortable engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders, from C-level executives to individual contributors, and can articulate complex data solutions clearly and effectively. Your experience includes collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and operations to drive pipeline generation and customer engagement. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by achieving aggressive sales targets.
Desirable
Experience in the data integration or analytics space is a plus, as is familiarity with value-driven sales cycles. You have a knack for building strategic relationships with partners and can identify new use cases and opportunities for cross-selling within existing accounts. Your ability to understand customer data challenges and translate them into actionable solutions is key to your success in this role.
What you'll do
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Fivetran, you will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition and expanding existing accounts. You will lead in-depth discovery sessions to understand your customers' data challenges and identify the capabilities they need to achieve positive business outcomes. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to accelerate the growth and adoption of Fivetran's solutions in the Enterprise market. You will seek out and land deals with new target accounts, focusing on long-term customer engagements and maximizing their footprint with Fivetran through new use cases and cross-sells. You will also be expected to communicate Fivetran's vision effectively to a broad audience, ensuring alignment and understanding across all levels of the organization.
