What you'll do

In this role, you will lead multiple customer implementation projects for Zenoti's cloud-based software solutions. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring that they align with client needs and business objectives. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and guide them through the onboarding process, providing support and training as needed.

You will collaborate with internal teams, including product development and customer support, to ensure a seamless implementation experience. Your role will involve tracking project progress, managing timelines, and reporting on project status to stakeholders. You will also identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the overall success of the customer onboarding strategy.
