What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for managing post-sale customer relationships, focusing on a key enterprise client. You will work primarily onsite at the client's location, ensuring that their needs are met and that they derive maximum value from Zimperium's mobile security solutions. You will facilitate solution adoption by providing training and support, helping clients navigate the complexities of mobile threat defense systems. Your role will involve driving renewals and identifying opportunities for expansion within the client's organization. You will also manage escalations, working closely with internal teams to resolve issues promptly and effectively. Your goal is to achieve customer delight by ensuring that clients are satisfied with the services provided and that they feel supported throughout their journey with Zimperium.
