You have experience as a Renewals Specialist or in a similar role within customer service or sales — your strong communication and negotiation skills enable you to effectively manage client relationships and ensure timely contract renewals. You are detail-oriented and possess strong organizational abilities, allowing you to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a keen eye for detail. Your proactive approach to customer service ensures that you are always looking for ways to improve the renewals process and enhance customer satisfaction.
You are familiar with CRM software and other sales tools, such as Salesforce, Clari, or Gainsight — your technical proficiency allows you to update and maintain accurate customer and contract data efficiently. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with sales and customer success teams to identify renewal opportunities and address any client inquiries or issues that may arise during the renewal process. Your commitment to excellent customer service drives you to respond promptly to customer needs and resolve any challenges they face.
What you'll do
In this role, you will monitor and manage all contract renewal activities, ensuring that renewals are processed in a timely manner. You will identify opportunities for contract renewals and work closely with internal teams to facilitate a smooth renewal process. Your responsibilities will include communicating with clients regarding their contract status and proactively suggesting improvements to the renewals process based on your observations and interactions. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, ensuring that all customer and contract data is up to date.
You will collaborate with sales and customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, leveraging your strong communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
