Who you are
You have a strong background in sales operations and enablement, with a proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth. Your experience includes developing and implementing sales methodologies that enhance team performance and customer engagement. You are skilled in analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, ensuring that the sales team is equipped with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed.
You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. You are a strategic thinker who can align sales initiatives with broader business goals, and you thrive in environments where you can influence change and drive results. Your ability to mentor and coach team members is a key asset, as you help others develop their skills and achieve their targets.
What you'll do
In this role, you will serve as a key trusted partner to the Revenue Leadership, working closely with teams such as Sales, Customer Onboarding, Client Success, Account Management, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations. You will be responsible for ensuring that all revenue-related processes are optimized and aligned with the company's mission to empower patients in the healthcare marketplace. Your work will involve developing training programs and resources that enhance the sales team's capabilities, as well as analyzing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
You will lead initiatives that drive sales excellence, focusing on methodologies that improve efficiency and effectiveness in the sales process. Collaborating with various teams, you will ensure that the sales team has access to the latest tools and technologies that support their efforts.
