Your experience in leading teams and shaping People strategies positions you as a pivotal member of the People Leadership team, ready to support Zopa's growth and readiness for IPO. What you'll do
In this role, you will report directly to the Chief People Officer and play a crucial part in shaping and delivering Zopa's People Strategy. You will lead initiatives that leverage technology to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience. Your responsibilities will include engaging with AI-enabled tools and systems to streamline processes, ensuring that the People operating model is scalable and fit for the future. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to implement strategies that support Zopa's continued growth and transformation in the finance sector.
You will also be responsible for mentoring and guiding your team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Your hands-on involvement with technology will allow you to directly influence the operational landscape of the organization. As a member of the People Leadership team, you will contribute to broader strategic discussions and initiatives that align with Zopa's mission to redefine finance.
