You have a strong background in site reliability engineering with a focus on maximizing system uptime and efficiency. Your experience includes building and maintaining cloud infrastructures, and you are skilled in using automation tools to scale services effectively. You possess a solid understanding of monitoring performance and uptime, and you are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Your operational experience is complemented by development skills, allowing you to bridge the gap between infrastructure and application development seamlessly.

You are proficient in cloud technologies, particularly AWS, and have hands-on experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes. Your expertise in Linux systems administration enables you to troubleshoot and optimize system performance effectively. You are also familiar with infrastructure as code practices, particularly using Terraform, to manage and provision cloud resources efficiently.

Your programming skills in Python allow you to develop scripts and tools that enhance operational efficiency and automate repetitive tasks. You understand the importance of incident management and are experienced in implementing monitoring solutions to proactively address potential issues before they impact users. What you'll do

As a Site Reliability Engineer at Zuora, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of our cloud infrastructure that supports our customer-facing SaaS products.
