360Learning is seeking a Revenue Strategy & Operations Manager to enhance customer success and drive strategic initiatives. You'll collaborate with executive leadership to improve core performance metrics and implement best practices. This role requires experience in B2B SaaS and strategic operations.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in strategy and operations, ideally with 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS environments. You understand the intricacies of customer success and have a proven track record of delivering results through strategic initiatives. Your analytical mindset allows you to monitor KPIs effectively and provide actionable insights to executive teams. You are comfortable working in an international team and possess excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
You are adept at turning strategic visions into actionable plans. You have experience in developing playbooks that align with best practices in customer success, ensuring that teams can scale effectively. You are familiar with the latest trends in customer success and are eager to implement innovative solutions, such as AI tools, to enhance team productivity. Your ability to frame business decisions and resource allocations will be crucial in identifying staffing needs and defining client support models.
Desirable
Experience with AI tools and their application in customer success is a plus. Familiarity with subscription-based business models and metrics such as net retention and subscription margin will help you excel in this role. You are proactive in suggesting initiatives that can improve performance and are comfortable adjusting business plans based on quarterly reviews.
What you'll do
In this role, you will partner closely with customer success leaders to drive best-in-class net retention performance. You will be responsible for delivering strategic initiatives that improve core customer success metrics, including gross retention and advocacy. This involves defining and rolling out new service offerings and pricing strategies that align with market demands.
You will work collaboratively with the Chief Customer Officer and other executives to ensure that the customer success strategy is effectively communicated and executed across teams. Your role will involve monitoring KPIs and execution closely, providing insights to the executive team, and proactively suggesting initiatives to enhance performance.
You will also be tasked with framing business and resource allocation decisions, identifying staffing needs, and defining client support models. Your ability to translate customer success strategies into actionable plans will be essential for ensuring quality and scalability in service delivery.
