Who you are
You are an entrepreneurial individual with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and you have at least 1 year of sales experience with a proven track record of high performance. Your strong written, verbal, and presentation skills enable you to effectively communicate with potential clients and colleagues alike. You possess excellent time management and organizational skills, allowing you to prioritize tasks and manage your workload efficiently. Your positive attitude and collaborative spirit make you a great fit for our team, as you understand that building a successful company is a team sport.
What you'll do
In this role, you will work closely with a dynamic team based in Melbourne, Sydney, and Singapore, while also collaborating with our global head office in Toronto. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate new business relationships by prospecting and setting up meetings for our Account Executive team. You will reach out to warm leads provided by our Marketing team through various channels, including phone, email, and LinkedIn. You will also collaborate with your team to strategize and refine your approach to engaging potential clients, ensuring that you effectively communicate the value of our employee recognition and rewards software.
