What you'll do

As a Technical Support Engineer at Adyen, you will be the first point of contact for our merchants and commercial teams regarding financial-related issues such as reconciliation, payouts, and payment settlements. You will engage in both reactive and proactive communication, ensuring that merchants are well-informed and supported throughout their interactions with our platform. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams within Adyen to resolve issues and enhance the overall merchant experience.

You will operate within a 24/7 business model, utilizing a follow-the-sun principle to provide continuous support across different time zones. Your extensive knowledge of payments will be invaluable, both to our merchants and internal teams, as you work to ensure smooth operations and address any challenges that arise.
