You have a strong background in relationship management, particularly within the food and beverage and retail sectors. Your experience has equipped you with the skills to build and maintain strong partnerships with SMEs, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You are motivated by the mission of empowering businesses through innovative financial solutions and have a keen understanding of the challenges faced by SMEs in today's market.
You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to engage effectively with clients and internal teams alike. What you'll do
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of SME clients, focusing on the food and beverage and retail industries. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide them with the best financial solutions that Airwallex offers. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing strategies to drive client growth and satisfaction, as well as identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services.
