What you'll do

As a Sales Development Representative at Alchemy, you will own the early stages of the sales process, which includes prospecting and engaging with top teams in the blockchain space. You will collaborate across internal teams to ensure that customer needs are met and that the sales process runs smoothly. Your role will involve reaching out to new leads through various channels, helping to push the entire blockchain industry forward. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers and nurturing those relationships to drive business growth.

What we offer

Alchemy provides comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with other benefits such as a 401k plan and unlimited flexible time off. The estimated on-target earnings (OTE) for this position range from $100,000 to $140,000 annually, with additional performance-based compensation and uncapped commission. Your salary will be determined based on relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business needs.
