You have 5+ years of experience in compensation analysis, demonstrating a strong understanding of compensation strategies and their impact on talent acquisition and retention. You possess analytical rigor and creative problem-solving skills, enabling you to leverage data effectively in your decision-making processes. Your expertise in data visualization tools allows you to present complex compensation data in an accessible manner, facilitating informed discussions with stakeholders. You are a collaborative partner, working closely with HR and business leaders to ensure compensation practices align with organizational goals. Your ability to navigate compensation laws and regulations ensures compliance and equity in pay practices. You are committed to fostering a culture of transparency and fairness in compensation, empowering employees to perform at their best.

What you'll do

As a Senior Compensation Analyst at Axon, you will serve as the Compensation Partner for a specific line of business, advising on all compensation-related topics including offers, promotions, and pay equity. You will collaborate with HR leaders to design and implement data-driven compensation strategies that support Axon's growth and performance culture. Your role will involve analyzing compensation data to ensure competitiveness and equity across the organization. You will utilize advanced data visualization tools and AI to modernize the delivery of compensation insights, helping to scale global Total Rewards programs. You will also contribute to the development of compensation policies and practices that align with Axon's mission to protect life. Your insights will directly influence how Axon attracts, rewards, and retains top talent, making a meaningful impact on the organization.
