Overview

Allscripts is seeking a Senior Inside Sales Executive to drive sales of healthcare technology solutions. You'll engage with healthcare providers to promote Practice Fusion EHR and revenue cycle management services. This role requires strong sales skills and experience in the healthcare sector.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the healthcare technology sector, and understand the unique challenges faced by healthcare providers. Your ability to engage and motivate prospects is key to your success, and you thrive in a remote work environment where you can connect with clients across various locations. You are adept at building relationships and have a strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, including the needs of independent medical practices.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate the value of healthcare technology solutions effectively. Your experience in sales has equipped you with the ability to meet or exceed quotas consistently, and you are driven by results. You are comfortable working with data and analytics to inform your sales strategies and understand how to leverage technology to enhance client engagement.

Desirable

Experience with EHR systems or revenue cycle management services is a plus, as is familiarity with the healthcare ecosystem, including biopharma and health plans. You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals and are open to continuous learning and professional development.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for engaging inbound prospects and motivating them to purchase Practice Fusion EHR and revenue cycle management services. You will work closely with healthcare providers to understand their needs and demonstrate how our solutions can improve their operations and patient care. Your primary goal will be to meet or exceed sales quotas while building long-term relationships with clients.

You will conduct product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the benefits of our technology solutions. Your ability to listen to client feedback and adapt your approach will be crucial in closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine our offerings based on market demands and client needs.

As a Senior Inside Sales Executive, you will track your sales activities and results using our CRM system, ensuring that you maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress. You will participate in regular sales meetings and contribute to team discussions on best practices and strategies for success.
