Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in business development, particularly within the Private Equity sector, and possess the ability to engage with CxO and VP-level stakeholders. Your technical insight allows you to effectively communicate with software developers and architects, making you a bridge between business needs and technical solutions. You are strategic and analytical, capable of identifying opportunities and building compelling value propositions that resonate with potential clients. Your keen sense of ownership and drive ensures that you are focused on delivering the best results for customers, while your collaborative nature allows you to work cross-organizationally to build consensus and drive initiatives forward.
Desirable
Experience in cloud computing or technology sales is a plus, as is familiarity with the Private Equity ecosystem. You are comfortable navigating complex business environments and have a proven track record of establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with key stakeholders. Your ability to think critically about business challenges and propose innovative solutions sets you apart in this role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with Private Equity firms and their portfolio companies, influencing their decision-making processes to adopt Amazon Web Services as their infrastructure solution. You will identify target Private Equity firms and develop strategic relationships that drive new business opportunities. Collaborating closely with the AWS sales team, you will engage with portfolio companies to foster long-term business relationships and ensure successful implementation of AWS services. Your role will involve crafting and delivering a strategy that builds mind share and broad use of AWS within the Private Equity community, positioning Amazon as a leader in the cloud computing space.
