You possess excellent organizational skills and are comfortable managing multiple aspects of outreach and event planning.
You understand the importance of building meaningful connections with students and are eager to foster relationships that will help expand AMBOSS' presence in this market. You are proactive and enjoy taking initiative, whether itβs through organizing virtual events or engaging directly with potential leads. You are adaptable and willing to experiment with different strategies to find what works best in this new B2C market.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the planning, organization, and execution of events aimed at the US PA Student market. You will be responsible for student outreach to generate new leads and manage all logistical aspects of the initiative. This includes coordinating virtual roadshows and webinars, as well as potentially organizing in-person events. You will work closely with the team to ensure that all efforts align with AMBOSS' goals and mission.
You will also analyze the effectiveness of outreach strategies and events, using insights to refine your approach and maximize impact. Your role will involve end-to-end management of initiatives, from initial outreach to follow-up sales, ensuring a seamless experience for students. You will report directly to the US PA team and collaborate with colleagues to share insights and best practices from AMBOSS' successful growth in the US medical student market since 2017.
