Who you are
You are a driven individual with at least 1 year of excellence in a demanding role, whether in sales, banking, consulting, or teaching. You thrive in a startup setting, demonstrating resourcefulness, adaptability, and a self-directed approach to your work. Your ability to communicate clearly—both in writing and verbally—allows you to engage credibly with technical founders. You are someone who actively seeks feedback and implements it immediately, showcasing your coachability and commitment to personal growth.
You may have a background as a former athlete who misses the thrill of competition or as someone who has built something from nothing. You are a self-taught expert in your domain, eager to innovate and experiment with new channels in your role. You understand that success in this position is not just about traditional sales skills but about excellence and grit in any field.
Desirable
Experience at a startup in any role is a plus, as is a network within the startup and tech community. Hands-on experience with sales tools like Lemlist or Attio would also be beneficial, but your drive and ability to learn quickly are what truly matter.
What you'll do
In this role, you will generate qualified meetings each month through strategic outbound efforts. You will build and iterate on outreach sequences that convert founders, identifying ideal customer profile patterns and documenting winning playbooks. You will have the freedom to experiment with new channels, maintaining and logging all sales touchpoints within Attio. Your goal will be to build repeatable systems that can scale as the team grows to 10 or more SDRs.
You will be one of the first SDRs at Warp, contributing to the outbound engine that will fuel the company's growth from $XM to $XXM+ ARR. Your performance will open clear paths to Account Executive roles, sales leadership, or other growth areas within the company. You will work closely with the founding team to shape the sales strategy and contribute to the overall success of Warp.
What we offer
Warp offers a competitive compensation package with an OTE of $120K-$140K, including a base salary of $80K-$100K plus uncapped commission and equity.
