What you'll do

As a Technical Recruiter at Exa, you will own the technical recruiting cycle from sourcing to closing candidates. You will represent Exa externally, convincing top-tier engineers, researchers, and operators to join the team. Partnering with founders and team leads, you will scope roles and identify high-leverage hires that align with the company's vision. You will build and optimize recruiting systems and workflows using Exa’s in-house agentic search tools, experimenting with creative sourcing strategies to stand out in the competitive SF startup market. Additionally, you will help shape Exa’s talent brand and recruiting culture as the company scales rapidly.
