You are data-driven and have experience in business planning and revenue forecasting — you understand how to set ambitious yet achievable targets and can develop joint roadmaps that align with both your organization and your partners. Desirable

Experience in AI or cloud computing partnerships is a plus — familiarity with Microsoft products such as Azure AI Foundry, GitHub Copilot, and Microsoft 365 Copilot will give you an edge in this role. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining focus on long-term goals.

What you'll do

As the Head of Azure Partnership, you will define the strategic vision for Anthropic's relationship with Microsoft — this includes annual business planning, setting multi-year revenue targets, and developing a joint roadmap that aligns with both organizations' goals. You will be responsible for establishing operational cadences, such as Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), to ensure alignment and accountability.

You will build and lead a high-performing team, scaling to 6-8 people in the first year — your leadership will be crucial in fostering a collaborative environment where team members can thrive and contribute to the partnership's success. You will also create co-sell and go-to-market motions that drive the adoption of Claude at an enterprise scale.

Your role will involve establishing executive relationships across Microsoft's global organization — you will be the face of Anthropic in this partnership, representing the company's interests and ensuring that both parties are aligned in their objectives. You will work closely with various teams within Microsoft to leverage their resources and capabilities effectively.
