What you'll do

In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of Anthropic by identifying, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent across various disciplines. You will partner closely with Core Tech teams to understand their hiring needs and develop targeted outreach campaigns to attract candidates. You will enhance and implement recruiting processes that maintain a high talent bar while fostering an inclusive environment. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with leadership to map out long-term talent acquisition strategies that balance priorities across all technical teams. You will also be involved in building connections with industry leaders to strengthen Anthropic's presence in the AI community.
