What you'll do
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers who have shown interest in Appian's platform. Your primary responsibility will be to engage inbound leads, qualify opportunities, and route well-qualified prospects to the right Account Executives. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition for prospects and contribute to building a robust sales pipeline.
You will own and achieve a monthly quota of qualified inbound leads, demonstrating your ability to drive results and support the company's growth objectives. Your role will involve understanding business needs through discovery conversations and effectively communicating the value of Appian's solutions. You will play a key part in the sales process, helping to connect prospects with the right resources to move opportunities forward.
