You have over 5 years of sales experience, particularly in enterprise SaaS or the AI/MarTech domain, where you've successfully navigated complex sales processes from prospecting to closing. Your strong ownership and self-driven attitude make you a proactive contributor to your team's success. You possess a keen interest in new technologies, especially in AI and data platforms, and are eager to learn and adapt in a fast-evolving market. Your growth mindset allows you to embrace change positively and continuously seek challenges that foster your professional development. You excel in communication and collaboration, effectively engaging with both internal teams and external stakeholders to drive results. Your passion for leveraging AI to transform markets and deliver customer value is evident in your work. Proficiency in Japanese at a native or business level is essential, while business-level English is a plus.

What you'll do

In your role as an Enterprise Solutions Sales professional at Appier, you will lead the sales efforts for our AI-driven SaaS solutions, including AIQUA, BotBonnie, AIRIS, and AdCreative.ai, targeting enterprise clients in Japan. You will be responsible for the entire sales process, from identifying new business opportunities to negotiating contracts and closing deals. Your ability to present compelling proposals to C-level executives will be crucial in demonstrating how Appier's AI solutions can address their business challenges. You will expand strategic accounts within large enterprises, fostering long-term relationships and driving adoption of our solutions. Accurate pipeline management and achieving sales targets will be key performance indicators for your success. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including Pre-Sales, Customer Success Management, Marketing, and Product, to ensure seamless implementation and operational support for clients. Additionally, you will identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to promote sustained growth. By sharing insights on AI, data strategies, and digital transformation, you will help establish Appier's leadership in the market.
