Who you are

You have experience in enterprise sales, particularly with large corporations, and understand the unique challenges they face in IT and cybersecurity. Your strong communication skills enable you to collaborate effectively with internal teams, including pre-sales and marketing, to develop compelling proposals and solutions for clients. You are a self-starter who values teamwork and is customer-focused, always looking for ways to solve business challenges through innovative solutions.

You possess a native level of Japanese and have a basic understanding of English, allowing you to communicate effectively with both local and international stakeholders. Your ability to plan and execute strategies aimed at achieving sales targets demonstrates your proactive approach to driving results. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to build long-term relationships with clients.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales activities with new and existing enterprise clients in Japan. You will work closely with internal teams to understand customer IT and security challenges and propose optimal solutions. Your responsibilities will include creating proposals and estimates, managing the sales pipeline, and forecasting sales performance. You will also focus on building long-term relationships with clients, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and analyzing market trends and competitive information to inform your sales strategies.
