You have over 10 years of experience in software solutions sales, with at least 5 years focused on enterprise SaaS or AI/MarTech. You have a proven track record of closing large-scale deals involving multiple stakeholders, showcasing your ability to navigate complex sales processes. Your strong ownership and self-driven attitude make you a proactive contributor to your team's success.
You possess a keen interest in new technologies, particularly in AI, data platforms, and marketing automation. Your growth mindset allows you to embrace change and continuously seek challenges. You excel in communication and collaboration, effectively aligning with teams across functions to drive results.
Your passion for transforming markets with AI and delivering measurable value to clients sets you apart. You are fluent in Japanese at a native or business level, and you have business proficiency in English, enabling you to engage with diverse stakeholders.
What you'll do
As a Senior Enterprise Solutions Sales at Appier, you will lead the sales process for our AI-driven SaaS solutions, including AIQUA, BotBonnie, AIRIS, and AdCreative.ai, targeting enterprise clients in Japan. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and proposal development to negotiation and contract closure. Your role will involve presenting how Appier's AI solutions can address business challenges faced by C-level executives and decision-makers.
You will expand strategic accounts within large enterprises, fostering long-term relationships and driving adoption of our solutions. Accurate pipeline management and achieving sales targets will be key aspects of your responsibilities. You will collaborate with internal teams, including Pre-Sales, Customer Success Management, Marketing, and Product, to ensure seamless implementation and operational support for clients.
Additionally, you will identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts, promoting sustainable growth. Your insights on AI, data strategy, and digital transformation will help establish Appier's leadership in the market.
