Who you are

You are an ambitious individual eager to kickstart your career in sales. As a Sales Development Representative Intern, you are ready to embrace challenges and push your limits. You possess a strong desire to learn and develop professional sales skills, and you are comfortable engaging with prospective clients to gather relevant information. You understand the importance of maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of products and services to effectively communicate with potential customers.

What you'll do

In this role, you will generate new business opportunities through lead follow-up and prospecting in your assigned territory. You will make calls from provided customer lists and maximize efforts from inbound opportunities. Your responsibilities will include logging leads and sales interactions in the NICE CX contact management software tools, ensuring that all information is accurately recorded. You will work towards meeting or exceeding Lead Development quotas as defined by management, and you will participate in lead generation campaigns as required. Additionally, you will interact with the assigned territory sales team and attend meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
