Who you are

You have a minimum of 8 years of proven experience in ASIC design, including RTL design and verification — you've developed complex ASICs and are familiar with the latest design tools and methodologies. Your proficiency in SystemVerilog and understanding of synthesis and timing analysis are second nature to you, allowing you to create efficient designs that meet performance goals.

You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills — you thrive in collaborative environments and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. Your experience with high-speed networking and familiarity with custom ASIC design and FPGA prototyping are valuable assets that enhance your contributions to the team.

What you'll do

As an ASIC Design Engineer at Apple, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and verification of complex ASICs. You will develop RTL using SystemVerilog and engage with simulation-based and formal verification teams to ensure robust design validation. Collaborating with hardware and software teams, you will integrate digital designs into complex SoCs, conducting timing analysis and power optimization to achieve PPA goals.

You will create detailed micro-architecture and design documentation, ensuring that all aspects of the design process are well-documented and communicated. Your role will involve continuous collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver groundbreaking solutions that drive the performance and efficiency of Apple’s products.
