Who you are
You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience in ASIC design. Your expertise includes RTL design and verification, and you have hands-on experience with ASIC design tools and methodologies. You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and you excel in collaboration, effectively communicating and working within cross-functional teams.
Your technical skills are highlighted by your proficiency in SystemVerilog, synthesis, and timing analysis, which are essential for achieving performance and power optimization goals. You pay great attention to detail, ensuring that your designs meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and verification of complex ASICs, contributing to the development of custom SoCs that drive Apple's innovative products. You will engage with simulation-based and formal verification teams to ensure robust design validation, collaborating closely with hardware and software teams to integrate digital designs into complex SoCs. Your work will involve conducting timing analysis and power optimization to achieve PPA goals, and you will create detailed micro-architecture and design documentation to support your projects.
You will also participate in cross-functional team meetings, providing insights and updates on your design progress while addressing any challenges that arise during the integration and testing phases. Your contributions will play a crucial role in delivering groundbreaking solutions that enhance the performance and efficiency of Apple's products.
