Job Description
Who you are
You have a BS degree in a technical discipline and at least 3 years of relevant experience in ASIC design. Your expertise includes timing sign-off and STA, and you are familiar with the intricacies of SoC design. You have a proven ability to innovate timing constraints and flows, ensuring high-quality timing closure. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with RTL designers to understand design intent and clock structure. Your experience allows you to effectively communicate with CAD and Physical design teams to achieve sign-off quality timing constraints.
What you'll do
As a Timing Design Engineer at Apple, you will take ownership of timing sign-off processes and develop STA and sign-off flows. You will interact with various teams, including RTL designers and Physical design teams, to ensure that timing constraints are met from synthesis to sign-off. Your role will involve innovating timing constraints to facilitate timing closure and addressing any potential issues in timing analysis. You will also be responsible for verifying your own timing constraints and coming up with ideas to enhance the timing sign-off process. Your contributions will be critical in achieving the high standards of quality that Apple is known for.
What we offer
At Apple, you will be part of a diverse team that values creativity and innovation. We offer a collaborative work environment where your ideas can flourish. You will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology and contribute to products that change lives.
