Who you are
You are a highly motivated and strategic Enterprise Account Executive with a proven track record in sales, particularly within finance teams. Your experience in the AP Automation or Spend Management space has equipped you with the skills to understand complex customer needs and deliver tailored solutions. You thrive in high-impact roles where acquiring new customers and expanding existing relationships is key to success.
You possess strong territory and strategic account planning skills, allowing you to effectively identify new opportunities and meet or exceed sales quotas. Your ability to engage with finance executives and procurement leaders enables you to drive adoption of innovative solutions that enhance business efficiency. You are adept at managing the full sales cycle, from pipeline creation to contract signature, ensuring a seamless experience for your clients.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and expanding relationships within existing Fortune 1000 accounts. You will engage with finance executives and procurement leaders to understand their unique spend profiles and demonstrate how AppZen's solutions can streamline their processes. Your success will be measured by your ability to meet and ideally exceed sales quotas through solid territory and strategic account planning.
You will own the full sales cycle, which includes prospecting to identify new opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that customer needs are met and that the solutions provided align with their business objectives. Your role will involve continuous learning about the evolving landscape of spend management and AP automation, allowing you to position AppZen as a leader in the market.
