Overview

Arcadia is hiring an Account Executive for their Market Intelligence team to generate new business opportunities in the Provider Healthcare market. You'll engage with various healthcare organizations to promote Arcadia's solutions. This role requires experience in sales and a strong understanding of the healthcare sector.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the healthcare sector, and understand the nuances of engaging with Provider Groups, Health Systems, and Accountable Care Organizations. Your ability to build relationships and trust with clients is paramount, as you will be responsible for identifying and closing new accounts for Arcadia's Market Intelligence Solutions. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to work closely with your team and leadership to drive growth.

You are results-oriented and have a strong desire to meet and exceed sales quotas. Your experience in generating leads and managing a sales pipeline will be crucial as you work to establish yourself within the team. You are comfortable with presentations and can effectively communicate the value of complex data solutions to potential clients. You are adaptable and can navigate the challenges of a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.

What you'll do

In your first three months, you will immerse yourself in understanding Arcadia's unique offerings and the sales process. You will bond with your teammates and stakeholders, playing a key role in conferences and starting to build an active pipeline of opportunities. By the six-month mark, you will have established solid relationships with your team and leadership, leading the contracting phase with prospective clients and closing your first deal. By the end of your first year, you will have mastered Arcadia's solutions, closed multiple deals, and be on pace to meet or exceed your sales quota, becoming a valuable member of the Account Executive team.
