Arcadia is hiring an Account Executive for their Market Intelligence team to generate new business opportunities in the Payer Healthcare market. You'll be responsible for identifying and closing new accounts. This role requires strong sales skills and a passion for healthcare.

Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the healthcare sector, and understand the nuances of engaging with Payer organizations. Your ability to build relationships and trust with clients is paramount, as you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities for Arcadia's Market Intelligence Solutions. You thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to learn about the healthcare landscape and Arcadia's unique offerings.
You are results-driven and have a strong desire to meet or exceed sales quotas. Your experience in identifying and closing deals will be crucial as you navigate the contracting phase with prospective clients. You are comfortable presenting solutions and can effectively communicate the value of Arcadia's platform to potential customers.
What you'll do
In your first three months, you will immerse yourself in understanding Arcadia's mission and the features of our solutions. You will learn about our sales and contracting processes while building relationships with your teammates and stakeholders. As you progress, you will start to build an active pipeline of opportunities, playing a key role in conferences and other outreach efforts.
By the six-month mark, you will have established a solid relationship with your team and leadership, leading the contracting phase with prospective clients and closing your first deal. You will be well-versed in our solutions and capable of running your own presentations.
After a year, you will have mastered our offerings and closed multiple deals, positioning yourself to meet or exceed your sales quota. You will be a valuable member of the Account Executive team, contributing to our mission of transforming healthcare through data-driven solutions.
