You are an analytically rigorous sales leader with a proven track record in driving retention and expansion within a sales segment. With strong people leadership skills, you understand the nuances of consultative sales and have a deep business acumen that allows you to navigate complex sales environments effectively. You thrive in roles that require both strategic thinking and hands-on engagement, particularly in high-impact renewal and churn-risk conversations. Your experience in building effective operating systems for sales teams has equipped you with the ability to define, track, and enforce accountability against leading-indicator KPIs that drive retention outcomes. You are comfortable conducting deep root-cause analysis on performance trends and translating insights into actionable strategies that enhance team productivity and sales quality.
Desirable
Experience with AI tools and workflow automation is a plus, as you will leverage these technologies to eliminate repetitive tasks and improve overall sales efficiency. You have a knack for designing and delivering sales enablement resources, including playbooks and ongoing coaching, to empower your team of account executives. Your leadership style fosters a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, ensuring that your team is well-equipped to meet and exceed their sales targets.
What you'll do
In this critical role, you will own the headline retention and expansion targets for Artsyβs Small Accounts segment. You will build and run a rigorous operating cadence across weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reviews, ensuring that your team is aligned and focused on achieving their goals. You will define and track key performance indicators that drive retention outcomes, conducting thorough analyses to understand performance trends and implementing strategies to address any challenges.
As the embedded RevOps leader for the segment, you will own forecasting, pipeline health, data quality, and performance reporting. Your analytical skills will be essential in identifying areas for improvement and ensuring that your team has the resources they need to succeed. You will also design and deliver sales enablement materials, including playbooks and talk tracks, to enhance the effectiveness of your team.
You will leverage AI tools and workflow automation to streamline processes, allowing your team to focus on high-impact activities that drive sales growth. Additionally, you will build or vibe-code lightweight bots, automations, and dashboards that scale team productivity and enhance the overall sales experience for your gallery partners.
