Vapi is seeking a Senior Account Executive to lead enterprise sales and drive strategic deals in the voice automation space. You'll work closely with product and engineering teams to shape solutions for top companies. This role requires experience in selling multi-million dollar deals to Fortune 500 companies.

You have a proven track record of selling multi-million dollar deals to Fortune 500 companies, demonstrating your ability to navigate complex sales processes and engage with high-level stakeholders. With experience in the tech industry, particularly in voice automation or related fields, you understand the nuances of enterprise sales and the importance of building strong relationships with clients. You thrive in environments where you can take ownership and drive results, and you are comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic setting. Your entrepreneurial spirit shines through, especially if you have built your own startup, as this experience gives you a unique perspective on customer needs and market demands.
You are a strategic thinker who can lead enterprise discovery sessions and design pilots that align with customer goals. Your ability to influence product roadmaps with insights gathered from customer interactions is a key strength. You are passionate about technology and its potential to transform industries, particularly through voice automation. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
What you'll do
In your first 30 days, you will immerse yourself in the full Vapi stack, gaining a deep understanding of how customers deploy production voice agents. This foundational knowledge will enable you to effectively engage with clients and tailor solutions to their specific needs. By the 60-day mark, you will lead enterprise discovery sessions, collaborating with product and engineering leaders to design pilots that showcase the capabilities of Vapi's platform. Your role will involve shaping solution architecture to ensure that it meets the technical requirements of large enterprises.
As you progress to 90 days, you will take ownership of multi-stakeholder deals from start to finish. This includes conducting technical validations, managing negotiations, and ultimately closing deals that drive significant revenue for Vapi. Your insights from these engagements will be invaluable in influencing the company's product roadmap, ensuring that Vapi continues to meet the evolving needs of its customers. You will also play a crucial role in expanding Vapi's presence on the East Coast, particularly in the NYC area, where onsite presence is critical for successful voice AI deployments.
