Who you are

You have a strong background in sales, particularly within the SMB segment, and are energized by helping customers unlock their potential. You thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and are passionate about building lasting partnerships with clients. Your experience includes managing a dynamic book of business, where you balance retention, adoption, and new revenue opportunities effectively. You are skilled in developing tailored account plans for high-propensity prospects and have a knack for identifying growth opportunities within your accounts.

You excel at prospecting with purpose, running persona-based and vertical-specific outbound motions targeting self-serve and white-space accounts. You are adept at converting inbound demand, qualifying and closing opportunities generated by marketing and SDR teams. Your ability to forecast accurately and maintain regular updates on your sales pipeline is a key strength that you bring to the role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and grow your book of business, managing a diverse portfolio of SMB accounts. You will drive adoption and expansion by increasing product engagement and delivering incremental ARR across your accounts. You will prioritize for impact by segmenting your accounts and developing tailored Account Plans for high-propensity prospects. Your responsibilities will include running the full sales cycle, from discovery and solution mapping to negotiating commercial terms and closing deals. You will also maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts to ensure alignment with business goals.
