What you'll do
As the Enterprise Sales Manager, you will spearhead the development and execution of Assembled's enterprise sales strategy. You will lead a team of four enterprise Account Executives, mentoring them to achieve and exceed their sales targets. Your role will involve identifying new market opportunities and driving the company's expansion in the enterprise segment.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring that sales strategies are aligned with overall company objectives. This includes working with marketing to create effective campaigns, partnering with customer success to ensure client satisfaction, and collaborating with product teams to provide feedback on customer needs. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a high-performing sales culture that emphasizes results and collaboration.
